Operations Coordinator (Dispatch / Customer Support / Logistics)

Location: St. Louis, MO (Fully Onsite)

Pay: $21–$24 per hour

We are currently hiring for several Operations Coordinator roles.

Available Schedules

Saturday – Wednesday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday – Thursday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor delivery operations to ensure efficient service

Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, and delivery updates

Provide timely support to customers regarding orders and shipment status

Manage incoming orders, emails, and system updates

Track shipments and update documentation in internal systems

Report delivery issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them

Support dispatch operations and maintain accurate operational records

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

Experience in courier, logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations is strongly preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
