Quick Details Salary Range: Market Competitive Job Type: Full-time Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Experience: 2-4 years Key Responsibilities Support daily mall operations including security, housekeeping, maintenance, parking, and customer service. Act as the primary operational point of contact for retail tenants, coordinating access, maintenance requests, and approvals. Support health & safety practices to maintain a safe environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff. Support operational planning and execution of mall events, promotions, and activations. Maintain accurate operational logs, permits, and documentation. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in retail mall operations, facilities management, or property management. Experience within the UAE retail or mixed-use environment is preferred. Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
