One Choice Logistics is a construction logistics and freight brokerage company based in Hollywood, FL. We've been in business for 3+ years and we're at the stage where we're building out the team that's going to carry us into our next chapter.
We manage trucking, aggregate hauling, and bulk shipping operations across Florida. With a 250+ truck carrier network and TIA Performance Certification, we have the infrastructure — now we need the right people behind the scenes to support the growth.

What You'll Do
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections
- Onboard new drivers and subcontractors
- Track and verify insurance documents (COIs, expirations, compliance)
- Communicate with clients and carriers on billing and payment status
- Coordinate with our factoring company and internal team
- Maintain organized records and update internal systems
Compensation
- $20.00 per hour
- PTO + fuel allowance + potential benefits
- Fast-track promotion path to $100,000+ within your first year for the right person
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of admin experience in construction or logistics (strongly preferred)
- Bilingual — English and Spanish required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel required), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Background in collections, billing, or admin coordination
- Someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to grow with a company, not just work for one
- Honest, hard-working, eager, and a team player
Schedule & Location
Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | In-office (Hollywood, FL) Bookkeeping candidates may be considered for remote.
