Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage and oversee day-to-day logistics operations related to bulk liquid transport. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between clients, drivers, and internal teams while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily transport operations for bulk liquid shipments
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely execution
• Communicate with clients, drivers, and warehouse personnel
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Resolve operational issues and delays efficiently
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport operations preferred
• Knowledge of bulk liquid transport is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, Excel, etc.)
