We’re looking for a Operations Coordinator who is passionate about data accuracy, quality improvement, and mission-driven service. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of program reporting and administrative coordination—ensuring compliance, supporting leadership initiatives, and helping turn data into meaningful outcomes.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting program excellence by:
Maintaining logs, databases, client files, and program records
Collecting, tracking, and organizing outcome data for your assigned Service Area
Coordinating compliance activities, training records, certifications, billing support, and account reconciliations
Ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, internal policies, and procedures
Responding to audit and information requests with accurate and timely data
Assisting leadership with donation tracking, petty cash reports, and training documentation
Supporting additional programs and service areas as needed
Your work will directly contribute to quality initiatives, compliance standards, and positive client outcomes.
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) year of experience working with youth and families
Background or coursework in education, social work, or psychology
Additional Qualifications:
CPR/First Aid Certification (program dependent)
Strong computer and data entry skills
