Job Description: Operations Coordinator

Industry: Waste Management
Location: Qatar
Experience Required: 2–3 years (preferably in Qatar)
Driving License: Valid Qatar driving license
Language Proficiency: English , Hindi (required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fleet operations for waste collection and transportation.
  • Coordinate scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure efficient waste management services.
  • Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
  • Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and daily operational activities.
  • Address operational challenges and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and waste management protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in waste management or a related field in Qatar.
  • Valid Qatar driving license.
  • Proficient in English, Hindi and able to communicate effectively.
  • Ready for immediate joining.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management systems and waste management processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
