Job Description: Operations Coordinator
Industry: Waste Management
Location: Qatar
Experience Required: 2–3 years (preferably in Qatar)
Driving License: Valid Qatar driving license
Language Proficiency: English , Hindi (required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fleet operations for waste collection and transportation.
- Coordinate scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure efficient waste management services.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and daily operational activities.
- Address operational challenges and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and waste management protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in waste management or a related field in Qatar.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
- Proficient in English, Hindi and able to communicate effectively.
- Ready for immediate joining.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with fleet management systems and waste management processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
