Operations Coordinator - Events & Exhibition

• Coordinate overall project execution from confirmation to final completion, ensuring smooth workflow across all stages
• Liaise effectively between sales, design, production, procurement, logistics, and site teams
• Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure deadlines and client requirements are met
• Coordinate production activities, including printing, fabrication, carpentry, and material preparation
• Arrange transportation, equipment, and manpower required for production and site operations
• Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and supplier coordination
• Plan, organize, and supervise site installations for events, exhibitions, signage, and branding projects
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, site regulations, and permit requirements
• Handle site access coordination and maintain communication with clients on-site
• Provide regular project updates to clients and management
• Quickly resolve operational issues to prevent delays or disruptions
• Ensure delivered work meets quality standards and client expectations
• Maintain accurate project documentation, work orders, and operational reports
• Track operational costs, resource utilization, and project expenses
• Prepare project completion reports and collect feedback for continuous improvement

• Experience in events, exhibitions, advertising, signage, or production operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Must Have a UAE Driving License
