Position Overview | 岗位定位

This is NOT a pure admin role and NOT a sales role.

This is a hands-on operations + coordination role, similar to an executive assistant / office lead, supporting both business lines.

Responsibilities | 工作职责1. Office Operations(日常运营)

  • Support daily office operations
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners
  • Manage shipments, inventory updates, and order tracking
  • 负责办公室日常运营
  • 对接仓库、物流
  • 跟进订单、发货及库存

2. Customer Communication(客户沟通)

  • Handle customer emails and calls (non-sales)
  • Provide order updates and follow-ups
  • Support client relationship maintenance
  • 处理客户邮件/电话
  • 跟进订单状态
  • 维护客户关系

3. Project Coordination(项目协调)

  • Assist with product development projects (3D scanning, testing, etc.)
  • Coordinate with China team and U.S. team
  • Track project timelines and updates
  • 协助产品开发(扫描/测试等)
  • 对接中国团队与美国团队
  • 跟进项目进度

4. Data & Workflow(数据与流程)

  • Maintain CRM / Excel records
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and updates
  • Help organize workflows and daily operations
  • 维护客户及项目数据
  • 跟进任务与时间节点
  • 梳理流程,提高效率

5. Support New Business (Luckis)(宠物项目支持)

  • Assist in market research and testing
  • Support local coordination (events, samples, etc.)
  • Help build early-stage operations
  • 支持宠物项目调研与测试
  • 协助本地执行(样品/活动等)
  • 参与新业务落地

Who You Are | 任职要求Basic Requirements 基础要求

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Mandarin is a plus
  • U.S. work experience required
  • 英文流利(口语+书面)
  • 会中文优先
  • 有美国工作经验

Experience & Skills 能力要求

  • Experience in operations / admin / coordination
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Familiar with Excel / CRM tools
  • 有运营/助理/协调经验
  • 做事细心、有条理
  • 能处理多任务
  • 熟悉Excel/CRM
