We are looking for a smart and reliable Operations Coordinator to support office and site activities.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate with authorities (DCD, DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.) for approvals and inspections
- Visit sites for coordination, basic measurements, and follow-ups
- Assist in handling day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and clients when required
- Support documentation and project-related tasks
- Follow up on authority submissions and approvals
- Maintain records of permits, drawings, and project documents
Requirements:
- UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in construction / fitout field
- Good knowledge of local authority procedures
- Basic knowledge of drawings
- Active, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
