Operations Coordinator – Head Office

Oven n Grill is looking for a smart, energetic, and highly organized Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations from the Head Office.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent IQ and analytical abilities, and the confidence to work directly with the CEO. The candidate will be responsible for operational coordination, report preparation, task assignment, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between branches and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations between Head Office and branches
  • Communicate directly with the CEO regarding operations, issues, and updates
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Analyze sales, stock, staff, and performance data
  • Assign tasks to branch teams and follow up on completion
  • Maintain proper records of operational activities and discussions
  • Monitor branch performance and identify operational gaps
  • Ensure timely reporting from all departments and branches
  • Support management in improving efficiency and business performance
  • Handle operational communication professionally and confidentially

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
  • Strong IQ, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English & Urdu
  • Well-spoken, confident, and professional personality
  • Strong command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
  • Ability to prepare presentations and reports professionally
  • Good task management and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in restaurant operations or coordination will be preferred

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
