We’re a fast-growing home services company based in the Lake Norman area, and we’re looking for the right person to help us stay organized, responsive, and operating at a high level as we grow.
This is not a typical “customer service” role.
You’ll be at the center of our day-to-day operations, helping manage incoming leads, schedule jobs, communicate with our team, and keep everything running smoothly.
If you’re quick, organized, tech-savvy, and like being in the middle of the action, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering incoming calls, texts, and website inquiries quickly and professionally
- Scheduling estimates and jobs using our system (Housecall Pro)
- Communicating with technicians throughout the day to keep jobs on track
- Following up with leads so opportunities don’t fall through the cracks
- Keeping everything organized and up to date in our system
- Helping manage the daily schedule and adjust as things change
- Collecting job photos and notes from the field for internal use and marketing
- Helping ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (clear, confident, professional)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems quickly
- Able to think on your feet and solve problems in real time
- Not passive, you take initiative and stay on top of things
- Local to the Lake Norman / Cornelius area
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience with scheduling or dispatching
- Experience in home services (handyman, cleaning, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM or job management software
Position Details
- Part-time (25–35 hours per week to start)
- Hybrid role (some remote flexibility, but must be local)
- Availability during business hours is important
- Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company expands
Compensation
- $20–$25/hour based on experience
- Performance-based bonuses available
