The Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator Intern to support our logistics and client support infrastructure. You will help ensure data accuracy, smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams, and assist in operational administration.
This is an on-site paid internship offering a stipend with potential for full-time employment based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain 100% accuracy of booking records using CRM and backend systems
- Coordinate with drivers and captains to verify schedules and asset availability
- Manage Level 1 client inquiries through live chat and WhatsApp with professional response times
- Support the Operations Lead with documentation, invoicing, and reporting tasks
Required Technical Skills
- Familiarity with CRM and database management systems
- Proficiency in business communication platforms and collaboration tools
- Competence in spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets
Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Valid UAE residency or Student Visa
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday as work from home
