Operations Coordinator (New Orleans, LA)

The operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the completion of daily business operations including coaching the Motor Coach Operators. He/she will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance. He/she will support the Safety Department by promoting safe driving behaviors, reinforcing company safety standards, and assisting in the ongoing development of Motorcoach Operators. This position focuses primarily on assisting with monitoring driver performance, identifying safety risks, and providing support to improve overall driving habits and reduce incidents.

The coordinator works closely with the Safety and Operations Departments to ensure operators are consistently aligned with company expectations and best practices.
