Operations Coordinator (Unarmed)

Responsibilities and Duties (If applicable)

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage field operations for security contracts
- Coordinate and oversee the work of field staff
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with site managers to develop and implement schedules
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety, and client job approval
- Provide guidance and support to field staff, including training and development opportunities
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any issues or concerns

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
