About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Home Maintenance (MEP) company. The ideal candidate must have experience in HVAC, deep cleaning, soft services for residential and commercial industry and be capable of managing teams, scheduling operations, ensuring service quality, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Only candidates with relevant Home Maintenance industry experience will be considered.
Important Requirements:
✅ Minimum 4+ years of Operations Management experience in the UAE Home Maintenance Industry.
✅ Must have expertise of structuring internal operation (Identifying problems and resolving issues ) department task and team.
✅ Strong knowledge of MS office and CRM system.
✅ Freshers will NOT be considered
✅ Candidates from non-Home Maintenance industries will NOT be considered
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Manage daily operations across residential, commercial, and corporate projects.
- Ensure smooth execution of deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, housekeeping, and specialized cleaning services.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise operations coordinators, supervisors, cleaning teams, and subcontractors.
- Plan workforce deployment and daily scheduling.
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and team development programs.
- Ensure staff productivity, discipline, and adherence to safety standards.
Client & Service Delivery Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service retention.
AMC & Contract Management
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service agreements.
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance across all contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate renewals and support business growth initiatives.
Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
- Oversee project mobilization and resource planning.
- Ensure timely execution of scheduled cleaning services.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor performance.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Track KPIs, productivity, service quality, and team performance.
- Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report directly to senior management.
Cost & Resource Management
- Monitor operational budgets and control costs.
- Optimize manpower utilization and resource allocation.
- Manage cleaning equipment, inventory, consumables, and procurement planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of deep cleaning, commercial cleaning, housekeeping, HVAC, and facility cleaning operations.
- Experience with CRM, Zoho, scheduling software, or service management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
