Operations Credit Officer

Overview

Job Details:

Verify and check loan disbursement details in the system, ensuring all amounts, terms, and conditions align with approved agreements.

Record and reconcile incoming payments received through banks against issued loans.

Ensure all required documents, approvals, and verifications are completed before releasing funds.

Maintain accurate and up to date records in the credit management system at all times.

Carefully review all disbursement documentation to minimize errors and control financial risk.

Monitor loan disbursement activities and report any discrepancies or irregularities for further investigation.

Update and verify customer data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Coordinate with branch teams for corrections, validations, and updates related to loan processing.

Ensure all disbursement activities are carried out in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Support smooth credit operations by ensuring timely processing and proper coordination between departments.

Assist in preparing basic reports related to disbursement activities when required.

Job Experience Requirements

Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience in lending operations, credit disbursement, or financial services is required.

Good understanding of credit systems and financial processes.

Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with strong problem solving ability.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant financial tools.
