About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Operations & Customer Management Executive to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys to take ownership of daily order execution, inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer satisfaction through smooth fulfilment and communication. You'll play a key part in managing our e‑commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and manage daily orders using the company’s automated order system.

* Print order labels and ensure accurate Tagloop mapping for all outgoing products.

* Maintain Print Inventory — update counts and make sure print stock matches the actual number.

* Manage marketplace orders, forward orders, and return reports to analyze RTO and return ratios.

* Handle customer queries, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and empathy.

* Process exchange and return requests following defined procedures.

* Record customer complaints and compile feedback reports to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.

* Inspect all returned products to ensure quality standards are maintained

* Update stock counts accurately whenever new inventory (plain T‑shirts, hoodies, or printed products) arrives.

* Ensure synchronization between physical inventory and digital inventory records.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Basic Excel knowledge (we will teach the rest).

* Good communication and problem‑solving skills.

* Organized and able to manage multiple tasks daily with minimal supervision.

* Quick Learner and Good Problem solving skills
