Operations & Customer Support Lead

Requirements

• Experience in operations, customer support, or administration (preferred)

خبرة في التشغيل أو خدمة العملاء أو الإدارة (يفضل)

• Strong communication skills and professionalism with clients

مهارات تواصل عالية واحترافية في التعامل مع العملاء

• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

شخص منظم ومسؤول ويهتم بالتفاصيل

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

القدرة على إدارة عدة مهام والعمل تحت الضغط

• Basic knowledge of digital ads and marketing follow-up (preferred)

معرفة أساسية بمتابعة الإعلانات والتسويق الرقمي (يفضل)

• Good skills in Google Sheets / Excel

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations and ensure smooth execution

إدارة التشغيل اليومي والتأكد من سير العمل بسلاسة

• Handle customer inquiries and respond to clients via phone calls and WhatsApp

الرد على العملاء ومتابعة الاستفسارات عبر الجوال والواتساب

• Provide customer support and ensure client satisfaction

متابعة خدمة العملاء وضمان رضا العميل

• Coordinate between internal team members and ensure tasks are completed correctly

التنسيق بين الموظفين والتأكد من إنجاز المهام بالشكل الصحيح

• Monitor ongoing tasks and follow up on delivery deadlines

متابعة المهام والتأكد من الالتزام بمواعيد التسليم

• Report operational issues and propose solutions to improve workflow

رصد المشاكل التشغيلية واقتراح حلول لتحسين سير العمل

• Follow up on advertising campaigns and confirm performance and continuity

متابعة الإعلانات والتأكد من أنها شغالة بشكل صحيح وتحقق المطلوب

• Support management with general administrative and operational tasks
