Operations & Customer Support Specialist

Summary:

The Operations & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of corporate travel to ensure seamless logistics, compliance with company policies, and excellent traveler support. This role involves day-to-day operations and problem-solving to maintain efficient travel programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book all corporate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for travelers, helping and promptly resolving travel-related issues, such as itinerary changes or cancellations.
  • Ensure all travel bookings and operations adhere to established corporate travel policies, regulations, and budget guidelines.
  • Maintain and update travel itineraries, documentation, and records.
  • Collaborate with travel vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates (Completed/Appeared)
  • Experience in travel coordination, operations, or a related role within the travel industry. (Optional)
  • Proficiency in travel booking software/tools. (Optional)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on customer service. (Mandatory)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
