Job Description – Operations Data Entry Executive

GrowiT India, is the agricultural arm of Alpha Plastomers Private Limited and was born with the intention to manufacture advanced and innovative products that ensure optimum quality and yield for the Indian Agricultural & Farming Industry while lowering its carbon footprint.

Our goal is to be your go-to partners for major protective farming products, such as plastic mulch film, shade nets, crop/fruit covers, Vermi beds, mulch laying/hole punching machines and Agri wires, that will ensure sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective agricultural practices.

Job Location – Surat

Job Timing – 9 am to 6 pm Timings

Experience – 1 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and validate sales orders for accuracy and compliance.
  • Accurately punch sales orders into the ERP or designated system.
  • Tag customer payments against respective orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with finance/accounts team for payment confirmation and reconciliation.
  • Generate invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills in line with statutory requirements.
  • Upload and manage Lorry Receipts (LR) and other transportation documents.
  • Input and maintain all relevant sales, payment, and logistics data with precision.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on order status, payment reconciliations, and dispatches.
  • Work closely with sales, inventory, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process sales credit memos and handle invoice cancellations/adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, billing, or data entry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales order processing, billing, and GST/e-invoicing compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software (SAP, Tally, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with logistics documentation, e-invoicing, and e-way bills preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
