What do we look for?

Experience in an executive leadership position at a large and growing luxury segment company
10 to 15 years of senior management experience
Financial and business acumen
Sales mix focus (literacy) to continuously train and improve business
Be able to determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proven problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ideally both Turkish and English language capabilities – verbal and written
No restrictions on travel

What will you do?

Manage the operation with a portfolio that consists of 4 brands, 20 outlets and 1000+ employees
Identify, modify, and implement structural and procedural changes to increase operational excellence and efficiency
Manage the link between the field operations and HQ operations
Ensure all outlets and brands’ sales targets, operational goals, policies, and procedures are met and maintained; create the systems and procedures to run the operation better
Create several key procedures regarding expense policy, rental policy, and performance review
Work closely with all supporting functions of the business to increase ownership through all stakeholders
Establish forecasts and budgets
Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the career planning of staff
Plan and manage the operations of the branches to achieve guest satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals
Responsible for short- and long-term planning and the management of operations in the front and back of the house
Develop, implement, and monitor schedules for the operation of all branches to achieve a profitable result
Implement effective control of food, beverage, and labor costs among all branches
Lead the Restaurant Managers in establishing and achieving predetermined profit objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising, and promotion
Develop operating tools necessary and incidental to modern management principles, e.g., budgeting, forecasting purchase specifications, recipes, portion specifications, menu abstracts, food production control, job descriptions, etc.
