Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Director to lead and oversee all operational aspects of Vogue Vacation Homes. This role requires a results-driven leader to ensure operational efficiency, excellence in guest experience, and alignment with company goals across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, listings, and onboarding.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality.
- Ensure all apartments are guest-ready and meet Vogue’s luxury standards.
2. Guest Experience & Quality Control:
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews, ensuring prompt resolution of complaints or issues.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance checks across all properties.
- Ensure pre-arrival and post-departure inspections meet high standards.
3. Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and operational teams.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure accountability across teams.
4. Revenue & Occupancy Management Support:
- Collaborate with the revenue and reservations teams to optimize occupancy and rates.
- Monitor operational costs, identify efficiencies, and maintain budget compliance.
- Support the revenue strategy by ensuring seamless operations that maximize guest satisfaction.
5. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute operational strategies in line with company objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee new apartment onboarding and ensure smooth integration into operations.
- Identify operational risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize disruptions.
6. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a key point of contact for property owners, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors for efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licenses, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably Holiday Homes.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, property management systems, and operational reporting tools.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
