Job Summary:

Time and Home seeks a highly competent and experienced Operations Director to lead and optimize its operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership, with a proven ability to drive efficiency and profitability. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations and the achievement of organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in operations management, with a significant tenure in a director-level or senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing diverse operational functions and driving efficiency gains.
• In-depth knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with budget management and resource optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
