We are excited to announce an exclusive opportunity with a private family office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for an Operations Director to lead and oversee their entire operational framework, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across all functions.

As an Operations Director, you will: Take full ownership of the family office's operations, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, discretion, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage all financial, administrative, and project-related activities.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies aligned with the family office's vision and goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, investments, and other teams to streamline operations.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency in operational workflows.
• Project Management: Oversee and deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an Operations Director or in a similar senior leadership role, preferably in a private family office or related environment.
• Expertise in operations, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
• Strong experience managing complex operations across both onshore and offshore entities.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Discretion, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC region.
• Familiarity with family office operations or similar private investment environments.
