OPERATIONS DIRECTOR – FIBERGLASS (ON-SITE COMMAND ROLE)

We manage 15–20 active GRP lining and waterproofing projects across Dubai and Sharjah with a 60-person skilled workforce.
We work with major UAE contractors. We’re now seeking an Operations Director who will act as a battlefield commander — leading from the sites, not the office.

Your mission: turn operational chaos into disciplined, on-time delivery while protecting client relationships and driving growth.

YOUR MISSION

• Take full command of all ongoing projects — from award to handover.
• Lead supervisors and 50–60 workers across multiple job sites.
• Be physically present on sites daily to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure approvals and timely handovers.
• Bring structure to daily operations — materials, attendance, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure that project completion = invoice release = cash collection.
• Train and enforce accountability across the site team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in fiberglass, waterproofing, or contracting operations.
• Strong multi-site management experience (15-20 concurrent projects).
• Technical understanding of GRP lamination, resin systems, and lining works.
• Excellent client communication and on-site decision-making skills.
• Field-driven mindset – must be on-site 80% of the time.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam a plus).
