Operations Director – Instrumentation, Automation & Control Systems

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the Instrumentation, Automation & Control Systems division, overseeing project delivery, engineering performance, and operational efficiency. This role will drive execution excellence, support business growth, and ensure high-quality delivery of integrated automation and control system solutions across industrial and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations and project delivery across automation and control systems projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Manage engineering teams across instrumentation, PLC/DCS, SCADA, and systems integration
• Improve operational efficiency, resource utilization, and delivery performance
• Support tendering, execution planning, and operational risk assessment
• Act as senior operational contact for key clients and stakeholders
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering and project teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in instrumentation, automation, and control systems
• Strong background in project delivery and systems integration
• Technical knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, RTU, and industrial automation
• Experience managing large engineering and project teams
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
