Operations Engineer

NAJ Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer / Coordinator to join our projects team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Identify site issues and propose effective solutions.
• Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper execution of works.
• Assist in project planning and coordination.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management.
• Good command of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
