Job Description

SafeToSecure Oil Services is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Excellence Manager to join our team based in Airport Heights, Muscat. This role is dedicated to the pursuit of operational perfection—optimizing workflows, reducing waste, and ensuring that our service delivery in the oil and gas sector is both safe and exceptionally efficient.

You will be responsible for implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across our service lines, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Audit existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement standardized "Best Practice" protocols.
• Continuous Improvement (CI): Lead Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce operational downtime and optimize resource allocation.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and "Excellence Dashboards" to track service delivery quality and safety compliance.
• Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain and field operations to maximize the value of our OMR 2,800/month management structures.
• Change Management: Act as a lead facilitator for organizational change, training staff at all levels on new efficiency tools and safety-first mindsets.
• Site Coordination: Liaise between the headquarters in Airport Heights and our various field sites to ensure seamless communication and operational consistency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.
• Experience: 7–10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on operational excellence or process improvement within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.
