About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Operations Excellence Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. This role will report to the Supply Chain Manager while working closely with the COO on company-wide performance reporting, operational analysis, and continuous improvement projects. The position plays a key role in bridging data, field operations, and management decision-making — ensuring that operational insights are timely, accurate, and actionable.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports from all regional operations.
• Prepare data-driven dashboards and visual performance summaries for management and board-level presentations.
• Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of operational improvement projects (e.g., facility openings, process optimization, route and productivity analysis).
• Conduct feasibility and ROI analyses for new facilities, machinery, and operational investments.
• Participate in new project design — defining operational layouts, resource plans, and performance targets in collaboration with field development and logistics teams.
• Work closely with the COO and Supply Chain Manager to identify performance deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates for performance tracking, investment modeling, and project reporting.
• Prepare internal and external presentations (PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel) for senior management and partners.
• Participate in field visits when needed to collect data, validate findings, and follow up on project implementations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations analysis, performance management, or project coordination (preferably in logistics, retail, or industrial operations).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with both office and occasional field work.
