About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Operations Excellence Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. This role will report to the Supply Chain Manager while working closely with the COO on company-wide performance reporting, operational analysis, and continuous improvement projects. The position plays a key role in bridging data, field operations, and management decision-making — ensuring that operational insights are timely, accurate, and actionable.
Responsibilities:

Collect, validate, and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports from all regional operations.

Prepare data-driven dashboards and visual performance summaries for management and board-level presentations.

Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of operational improvement projects (e.g., facility openings, process optimization, route and productivity analysis).

Conduct feasibility and ROI analyses for new facilities, machinery, and operational investments.

Participate in new project design — defining operational layouts, resource plans, and performance targets in collaboration with field development and logistics teams.

Work closely with the COO and Supply Chain Manager to identify performance deviations and improvement opportunities.

Develop and maintain standardized templates for performance tracking, investment modeling, and project reporting.

Prepare internal and external presentations (PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel) for senior management and partners.

Participate in field visits when needed to collect data, validate findings, and follow up on project implementations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of experience in operations analysis, performance management, or project coordination (preferably in logistics, retail, or industrial operations).

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with both office and occasional field work.
