Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage end-to-end shipment coordination and ensure seamless logistics execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective cargo handling.

Key Responsibilitie

• s:Create booking confirmations and register jobs in the system accuratel
• y.Place bookings with carriers, ensuring all cargo types (Hazardous, OOG, General) are correctly specified and confirme
• d.Coordinate with customers, transporters, port authorities, and loading/lashing teams to ensure smooth execution of shipment
• s.Liaise with carriers fo r Bill of Lading (B L) instructions, load list submissions, BL issuance, and related documentatio
• n.Record and verify all vendor invoices and submit them to the Ceekay accounts team for timely payment processin
• g.Prepare and issu e proforma invoic es to customers, followed by final invoices upon confirmatio
• n.Arrang e Bill of Ladi ng an d Delivery Order (D/ O) release upon receipt of payment or internal approva
• l.Coordinate with Ceekay Line, internal finance, and documentation teams to ensure accurate vendor cost booking and payment reconciliatio
• n.Monitor operational milestones and address any logistical issues promptly to prevent shipment delay

• ts:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fie
• ld.2–4 years of relevant operations experience in the logistics or shipping indust
• ry.Strong understanding of freight booking processes, cargo documentation, and shipment handli
• ng.Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholde
