Operations Executive

• Communicate with upper management on a regular basis
• Develop strategic goals in collaboration with others
• Oversee the daily functions of the business
• Develop short and long-term operational goals
• Create effective plans for achieving operational and strategic goals
• Delegate tasks to various teams and individuals
• Assess the performance of internal and external operations, including employees and procedures
• Give suggestions for operational improvements
• Create and maintain a healthy work environment among operations teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Operations: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English,Hindi (Required)

License/Certification:

• Qatar license (Preferred)
