Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of diagnostic laboratories and Branches
• Ensure smooth coordination between branches
• Monitor processing, testing, and reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain compliance with NABL/ISO standards and internal SOPs.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
• Track and report KPIs related to lab operations, TAT (Turnaround Time), and quality metrics.
• Coordinate logistics for sample transportation.
• Support the implementation of new diagnostic tests, equipment, and technology.
• Manage inventory of consumables and reagents, ensuring zero stock-outs.
• Train and guide staff to maintain operational efficiency.
• Liaise with corporate clients, hospitals, and partner labs as required.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene, and biomedical waste disposal regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
