Operations Salary: Competitive (₹25,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month, based on experience)

1) About Us -We are a fast-growing coal-based shipping and logistics company specializing in containerized shipping, bulk carriers, and tanker operations. Our mission is to redefine efficiency in operational logistics, supply chain management, and port operations by blending experience with innovation in the shipping industry. We are currently seeking Junior/Senior/Manager of Operations to join our expanding team and support container, bulk, and tanker shipping operations.

2) Key Responsibilities-

Support day-to-day container, bulk, and tanker shipping operations.

Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, transporters, and clearing agents.

Oversee cargo loading/unloading activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with safety protocols.

Assist in documentation preparation including bills of lading, customs clearance forms, port documentation, and shipping invoices.Track and monitor shipments via ERP/logistics systems and provide timely updates.

Ensure proper resource allocation (manpower, equipment, trucking) for smooth port operations.

Prepare operational reports and assist senior executives in planning vessel schedules.

3) Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marine Operations, or any field with relevant certification.

2-10 years of experience in container, bulk, or tanker operations (freshers with interest in shipping logistics are welcome).

Knowledge of shipping operations, coal handling, marine logistics, and port procedures.

Familiarity with customs clearance, bulk cargo documentation, and tanker operations will be an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Ability to adapt to dynamic port/shipping environments and work in rotational shifts if required.
