Responsibilities

This is a full-time Operations Executive role located on-site in Mumbai. The Operations Executive will be responsible for daily operational tasks and management activities to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the company's operations.

● Oversee the order processing workflow across all warehouses in India, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.

● Coordinate with warehouse teams to facilitate the dispatch of bulk shipments to the respective locations.

● Prepare and generate necessary documents, including invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), E-way bills, and other relevant documentation required for the movement of goods.

● Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery to end customers.

● Create, update, and maintain comprehensive sales and inventory Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.

● Monitor and maintain the inventory of packaging materials to ensure availability for order fulfilment.
