Key Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B shipments for select quick commerce, marketplace and retail channels
• Coordinate with channel POCs for appointments and issues during deliveries
• Coordinate with WH staff for order processing and dispatch
• Coordinate with accounts team for relevant documents
• Adhoc activities related to marketplace and retail operations

What we look for:

• Ecommerce or Retail operation experience
• Good communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to fast - paced environment
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree

● 1-2 years’ experience in handling logistics/ WH operations.
