Operations Executive

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in coffee shops, QSRs, or dessert outlets.
  • Proven ability to handle day-to-day F&B outlet operations, ensuring smooth functioning at all times.
  • Strong experience in managing stock levels and coordinating with suppliers to maintain uninterrupted supply.
  • Hands-on experience in monthly inventory closing procedures and reconciliation.
  • Expertise in cost control – monitoring daily expenses and recommending effective methods to reduce costs.
  • Ensuring timely submission of expense reports and supporting documents to the Accounts Department.
  • Ability to monitor daily sales, analyze best-selling items, and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and delivery applications (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, etc), with additional skills in providing social media support.
  • Experience in content creation and digital marketing will be considered an added advantage.
  • Valid driving license preferred for ease of outlet visits.
  • Enthusiastic learner, with a keen interest in market trends and competitor promotional methods.
