Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. The role involves managing project coordination, on-ground execution, vendor management, and ensuring flawless delivery of client campaigns.

This position requires strong multitasking ability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset to handle state-level operations and multi-location activations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing and branding activities across regions.

● Handle and manage state-level operations including coordination with regional teams and vendors.

● Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for seamless project execution.

● Handle event setups, branding installations, logistics, and manpower allocation.

● Ensure timely delivery of all campaign materials and compliance with brand guidelines.

● Maintain project documentation, budgets, and status reports for management review.

● Conduct on-ground checks and ensure quality control at each stage of execution.

● Support the sales and account teams with operational inputs for proposals and pitches.

● Manage vendor relations, negotiate rates, and ensure timely billing and closure.

● Oversee branch branding, canter van, and transit media activations across multiple states.

● Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and ensure client satisfaction through smooth delivery.

Skills & Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Event Management.

● 1-3 years of experience in operations, events, activations, or advertising industry.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

● Strong knowledge of BTL/ATL operations and vendor management.

● Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

● Willingness to travel across regions when required.
