Job Title: Operations Executive
Job Summary
The Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, coordinating with government departments, ensuring timely fulfilment of government tenders, and supporting the leadership team in executing overall business strategies. The role requires excellent operational planning, compliance management, documentation skills, and the ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Monitor project timelines, resource utilization, and deliverables.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance, etc.) for timely execution of tasks.
2. Government Liaisoning
- Act as the primary contact point between the company and government departments.
- Maintain strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all government rules, licenses, permits, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit required government documentation, reports, and approvals.
3. Government Tender Management & Fulfilment
- Identify relevant government tenders on e-procurement portals.
- Manage end-to-end tender documentation, submission, and post-submission follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical documents, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee fulfilment of awarded tenders, ensuring timely delivery of goods/services.
- Ensure post-tender compliance, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
4. Business Strategy & Support
- Assist senior management in forming and implementing business strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
- Analyse operational performance and prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Support in planning, budgeting, and tracking key KPIs.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality and timely procurement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of government communications, tenders, contracts, and operational processes.
- Prepare operational updates, performance reports, and compliance documents.

Qualification & Experience
- MBA In Operations
- Minimum 2 years of Expreince
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
