Position: Operations Executive

Role Overview

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, accurate inventory management, and smooth coordination across the supply chain. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Uniware or other WMS platforms, and the ability to optimise processes and logistics.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. WMS / Uniware Management

Handle daily operations on Uniware or any Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Ensure accurate order processing, GRNs, inventory updates, and dispatch tracking.

Monitor system hygiene and resolve discrepancies proactively.

2. Excel & Data Management

Maintain and update operational reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).

Analyse daily/weekly data to support decision-making and performance tracking.

3. Planning & Coordination
Plan daily inbound and outbound operations to ensure timely execution.

Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Support, and Procurement teams for smooth workflow.

Align manpower allocation based on workload forecasting.

4. Operational Optimisation

Identify process gaps and implement improvements for faster and error-free operations.

Monitor warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, TAT, inventory health, and productivity.

Ensure proper utilisation of warehouse space and resources.

5. Cost Optimisation

Control operational costs through efficient planning and resource management.

Minimise losses, pilferages, and avoidable expenses.

Suggest cost-saving measures across warehouse activities.

6. Logistic Optimisation

Monitor courier performance, shipments, and route planning for timely deliveries.

Work closely with logistic partners to reduce delays, returns, and delivery costs.

Improve dispatch accuracy and optimise last-mile movement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
