Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional to join our team as an
Operations Executive
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data analysis, business reporting, cross-functional coordination, and supporting customer issue resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Internal Interaction

Maintain a
positive, polite, and professional
attitude with customers and internal team members.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to
resolve customer-reported cases
effectively.

Be flexible in making calls and handling other operational assignments as required.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Use statistical and analytical methods to
analyze data
and generate meaningful business reports.

Develop data-driven models to identify
trends in customer behavior
and overall market patterns.

Work with management to develop a
prioritized list of business needs
across segments.

Identify opportunities to
streamline processes and reduce costs

Collaborate with departmental managers to define
data needs
for various business analysis initiatives.
Task & Process Management

Maintain and regularly update a list of
pending and completed tasks
, with detailed remarks for future reference.

Conduct
regular follow-ups
on ongoing assignments to ensure timely completion.

Support cross-functional teams, including
software and hardware departments
, to address system-related concerns.
Requirements
Educational & Professional

Graduate (Full-time).

2–3 years
of experience in a similar role.
Skills & Competencies

Strong written and verbal
communication skills

Excellent
interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management
capabilities.

Ability to take a
systematic and analytical approach
to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

Good PC proficiency, especially in
MS Excel

Familiarity with working across diverse market landscapes and platforms/products.
Work Conditions

24×7 shifts
