Operations Executive

About the Role

MatAll is changing how people buy construction and home repair supplies. In simpler words, we are BlinkIt for Construction and Home Repair Supplies.

Gurugam is our home turf and are looking for an ambitious City Manager who can help MatAll stem it's feet in this city.

You will manage suppliers, coordinate deliveries, build relationships with communities, and run our Community Champion Program. This is a hands-on role with a mix of field work and daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

Community & Growth

• Identify apartment complexes and key communities in the city.
• Build relationships with RWAs, facility managers, and community leaders.
• Recruit and support Community Champions inside societies.
• Run community activities—banners, awareness, WhatsApp groups, referrals.
• Track community performance and drive more orders.

Suppliers & Daily Operations

• Onboard and manage local suppliers across categories.
• Ensure suppliers give correct rates, fast responses, and good service.
• Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth and timely deliveries.
• Handle on-ground issues—delays, missing items, cancellations.
• Keep basic dashboards updated (orders, SLAs, cancellations).

What You Need

• 1–4 years of experience in operations, sales, logistics, or any field-heavy role.
• Comfortable traveling in the city and meeting people daily.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and take ownership.
• Basic comfort with apps, Excel, and WhatsApp workflows.

What Success Looks Like

• 25–40 communities onboarded
• 20–30 active community champions
• 50–70 suppliers onboarded
• Delivery SLAs consistently met
• Low cancellation rate
• Smooth day-to-day city operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
