POSITION SUMMARY- The Operations Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of the company with a particular focus on the day-to-day jobs delegated by the Operation’s Manager related to manufacturing, purchase, store management, tendering jobs, managing government sales portals (GeM, Indiamart), social networking sites and logistics of agricultural machineries. This role involves developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

1. To assist Operation’s Manager in the planning, execution and purchase related to the production processes for agricultural machinery, ensuring seasonal targets are met efficiently and with high quality.

2. To oversee inventory management, procurement, and the logistics of raw materials, safety equipments and other tools related to production. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure a reliable supply chain.

3. Analyse operational data and metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement changes to processes and systems to streamline workflows and reduce costs.

4. Manage operational budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to meet financial goals and optimize profitability.

5. Coordinate with operational and cross-departmental staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

6. Oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair schedules for machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing facility.

7. Should prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and challenges to senior management with sincerity.

8. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

9. Adaptability and the ability to work under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related engineering/agricultural field is typically required.

Experience: Proven experience in an operations role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience in the agricultural sector or with heavy machinery is a significant advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,585.46 - ₹20,000.00 per month
