Role Overview
We are looking for a Operations Executive to drive adoption, usage, and day-to-day effectiveness of our internal and partner-facing systems. The role focuses on enabling teams and external stakeholders to comfortably use existing technology, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution on the ground.
This is not a development role. The ideal candidate is strong in operations, training, coordination, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of internal tools and systems across operations teams
- Onboard and train non-technical users (internal teams, partners, field staff)
- Act as a bridge between operations and the tech/product team
- Ensure smooth execution of daily workflows using existing platforms
- Identify usage gaps, friction points, and process breakdowns
- Collect feedback from users and share actionable inputs with the product team
- Create simple SOPs, guides, and training materials
- Monitor usage, compliance, and process adherence
- Support rollout of new features or process changes
- Ensure consistency and discipline in system usage across teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in operations, product ops, or process management
- Strong ability to work with non-technical teams
- Experience in training, onboarding, or hand-holding users
- Good understanding of operational workflows
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High ownership and follow-up discipline
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in logistics, delivery, fleet, or operations-heavy environments
- Exposure to SaaS tools, dashboards, or internal systems
- Experience working with field teams, vendors, or partners

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
