Experience: 1.5 - 4 Years

The Operations executive provides assistance to the cluster lead /operations manager in the daily management of the business. Tasks will vary according to the business operations with a typical focus on the human resources aspects of the business.

Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing training and onboarding programs. It allows the operations team to better serve the clients and the company.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To hire drivers for 2W and 3W vehicles based on the location provided by the team.
• Interacting with clients and Riders, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Manages concerns of blue-collar guys and tries to resolve the issues escalated from clients.
• To follow up with the drivers (20-30) and report the drivers on time as per the clients requirements.
• To follow up the drivers and push the drivers to achieve the task assigned by the clients.
• Maintaining daily data of drivers reporting, orders taking, working hours.
• Maintain cash handling from the drivers and deposit to the company's account on a daily basis without fail.
• To maintain the assets allotted to the drivers who are assigned to the executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in handling gig force & large Fleet handling or in a similar role.
• Ability to get dedicated riders.
• Strong people management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented.
