Manage and optimize product listings on various online marketplaces(International).

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability on all marketplaces.

Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure excellent customer experiences specific to the eCommerce environment.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities within the eCommerce landscape.

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations, especially in the eCommerce context.

Forecast and track sales trends and profits within the eCommerce channels.

Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure adequate product supply for eCommerce platforms.

Managed inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.

Processed orders and coordinated logistics for smooth and timely delivery.

Provided excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Utilized Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
