Operations Executive

At Melbrew Coffee, we’re crafting more than great coffee - we’re building a brand people love across Pakistan. We are looking for an Operations Executive who's sharp, organised, and ready to be the engine that keeps the systems running smoothly across Pakistan.

Your Daily Brew

• Assist in designing and implementing SOPs, trackers, and operational templates across all departments.
• Administer and update business management tools; dashboards, task systems, reporting frameworks.
• Support the rollout of new systems and processes across branches - training teams, gathering feedback, and iterating until adoption is solid.
• Pull together daily operations reports and performance dashboards that help management make faster, smarter decisions.
• Audit existing workflows, eliminate redundancies, and install tighter processes that actually stick.
• Track and manage website and e-commerce operations - monitoring order flow, resolving delays, and keeping our digital storefronts always-on and always-accurate.
• Serve as the operational link between branches, warehouse, activations, and maintenance - information flows fast and nothing falls through.

Are You The One?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, F&B, or a multi-location environment.
• Detail-obsessed and calm under pressure - you don't just manage tasks, you own outcomes.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, rosters, and platform dashboards - you like structure, and you build it where it's missing.
• Love getting into detail and possess strong analytical skills
• A natural connector who communicates clearly across teams and follows through, every time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
