Operations Executive

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the Supply Chain Manager across the full spectrum of supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is a numerically strong, tech-savvy all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can communicate effectively with management, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Supply Chain Manager in the day-to-day coordination of supply chain activities
• Manage and monitor procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
• Oversee stock control and inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels
• Coordinate distribution and logistics operations to meet delivery timelines
• Support costing and pricing activities, including data gathering and analysis
• Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards on supply chain performance metrics
• Operate and manage data within the ERP system (Odoo preferred) to ensure data integrity
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and senior management
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in ERP systems; experience with Odoo is highly advantageous
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modelling, dashboards)
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive, adaptable, and a team player
• Familiarity with procurement, stock control, distribution, and costing functions
• Experience with Power BI for building operational dashboards and performance reports
• Experience in preparing management reports and dashboards
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
