Operations Executive – Advertising Material Trading & Manufacturing

Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Executive with hands-on experience in coordinating, monitoring, and quality-checking the manufacturing of advertising materials. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of signage production, T-shirt printing, UV printing, digital printing, acrylic fabrication, and other custom-made product manufacturing. This role requires excellent coordination, procurement, vendor management, and communication skills, along with the ability to work closely with sales, design, and management teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction, Printing & Quality Control

• Oversee the complete production workflow for advertising materials including signage, display stands, acrylic items, promotional branding products, corporate gifts, and custom-manufactured goods.
• Supervise and ensure quality standards for:
• T-shirt printing (DTG, screen printing, vinyl printing, sublimation)
• UV printing on acrylic, PVC, wood, and other substrates
• Digital printing, laser cutting, CNC routing, and fabrication
• Conduct inspections at all stages of production to ensure accuracy, durability, and finishing quality.
• Coordinate with factories, workshops, and printing teams to maintain smooth and timely production.

Operations & Project Coordination

• Manage daily operational tasks including job allocation, production timelines, workflow planning, and status tracking.
• Prepare job sheets, maintain production records, and ensure all tasks follow customer specifications and budgets.
• Troubleshoot production delays, technical issues, and quality inconsistencies.

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Source, purchase, and maintain stock of raw materials, printing supplies, packaging materials, and accessories.
• Negotiate with vendors for pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards.
• Maintain an effective supplier network to support fast turnaround projects.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, brief production teams, and ensure error-free execution.
• Coordinate with designers to validate artwork, specifications, and print readiness.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, challenges, and operational requirements.

Logistics, Delivery & On-Site Requirements

• Coordinate job dispatch, delivery schedules, and installation work (when applicable).
• Ensure proper packing, documentation, and client handover.
• Travel frequently within the UAE to factories, suppliers, client locations, and project sites as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations within advertising materials manufacturing, printing, signage, or custom fabrication industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• T-shirt printing techniques
• UV printing and digital large-format printing
• Acrylic, PVC, wood, metal, fabric, vinyl materials
• Hands-on experience in production coordination and quality checking.
• Strong communication, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and basic ERP systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Must be willing to travel across UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi & other emirates) for operational tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
