Operations Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing Cloud Kitchen operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple brands, kitchens, and delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen communications across multiple brands and outlets.
• Monitor and follow up on orders with kitchens, aggregators, and delivery partners to ensure timely execution.
• Handle brand opening and closing times across platforms and align them with kitchen schedules.
• Manage and resolve chargeback and order dispute cases efficiently.
• Respond promptly to calls, WhatsApp messages, and aggregator chats.
• Track operational KPIs and escalate issues to relevant teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and operational quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• Mandatory: Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry (restaurant operations, order management, or kitchen coordination). Bonus: Prior exposure to the Saudi / KSA market.
• Preferred: Experience in Cloud Kitchen operations.
• 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume operations environment.
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and coordination skills.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Comfortable using aggregator dashboards, CRM systems, and order management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
