Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive Assistant cum Office Admin to support our daily operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be able to coordinate tasks efficiently across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations team with day-to-day coordination and documentation.
  • Maintain project records, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Handle office administration activities including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Manage scheduling, meeting arrangements, and basic operational support.
  • Support procurement follow-ups and logistics coordination.
  • Perform general clerical tasks such as preparing letters, updating trackers, and maintaining office supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • CAD Knowledge preferred

Joining: Immediate or within short notice period preferred.
